Our first visit was on Father's Day. We went back 3 times in 2 weeks. We have now been 6-7 times. Always great fresh food, amazing and friendly service, and a bit of an eating experience with the hot pots. We enjoy it so much and keep inviting family and friends to join us. You won't be disappointed!! Don't forget the lettuce wraps - they are AMAZING!!
Food was incredibly fresh and delicious. Sat at a hot pot table so we got to cook our dinner how we wanted to. Staff was incredibly friendly, and, their robot is super cool!
best pho i’ve had in a while, i got the brisket and rare beef. there was a lot of beef and the broth was so delicious. it was enough for leftovers for dinner! staff was nice! highly recommend
This is some of the best hot pot I’ve had since I left New York! The crab rangoons were crispy and delicious and the boba was incredible. I mean it when I say I would commit multiple felonies for their Hot Sweet and Sour Spicy broth. Special shout out to the staff! They were all super friendly and more than willing to show my wife how Hot Pot works. Brian - If you’re reading this, we will most definitely be coming back. The food was absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere was great. Took my brother here for hotpot for his birthday and we had a great time. The service was excellent, we were well taken care of by the incredible staff. It was our first time and our server explained how to order and made recommendations. Definitely worth the time. Portions are pretty good, you’ll definitely leave full and happy. The price was definitely worth the experience as well. Would recommend both the hot pot and the spring rolls. Their peanut sauce with the fresh made spring rolls was really good, definitely very delicious and refreshing. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back. Oh, they also have these super cute robots that deliver your food. Loved it!
My wife and I had a great time here and would highly recommend it for smaller groups/families or couples. Make sure you make a reservation for weekends and holidays due to the fact that the building is small and not a ton of seating and add the fact that this is the only hot pot place in Spokane. They do offer a vegetarian option for most of the menu items which is great! The atmosphere is nice but nothing to write home about. Very friendly staff.
Food was delicious!!! We had both broth options (clear, hot & sour) and they both were packed with flavor. We chose seafood, chicken, and beef as our proteins. I personally loved the seafood with the hot & sour. My kids enjoyed the beef and chicken the most. Had to have boba of course! We will definitely come again
Hot Pot & Pho is wonderful! I have been here several times and have consistently had a great experience! Service is warm, food is delicious, and the robot is hilarious! I would absolutely recommend trying this place out :) P.s. THEY HAVE CREME BRULEE AND BOBA!!
